It is impossible to medicate your way out of a problem that you behaved your way into.

Then comes balance problems. People get on walking devices, people have falls, sleeping problems, numbness, tingling, burning, cramping and pain. This is a very dangerous time. People retreat to a sedentary lifestyle because they are living in fear. This is where most lose their independence.

Meanwhile your medical doctor tells you that there is nothing that can be done, we will just wait until the tissue dies and then we will cut it off. Are you kidding me! Is this acceptable to you, because it is not for me.

That is why I masterminded with several doctor friends of mine from around the country, and what we developed is a protocol that is the opposite of the, “let’s just wait for it to die” approach. What is the opposite of that? Bring it back to life, wake up the tissue, and feed it what it needs to thrive!

Schedule Your FREE Consultation NOW

Our system works wonders if you engage in the process.

There are specific things that need to be done. You have to feed the tissue. We have specific supplementation we require. There are also vibration, light, heat, electrical, and physical modalities that we use. There will be out of pocket costs associated with this protocol.
If you’re looking for a solution to your problem that actually works, please set up an appointment to get evaluated and let’s get you back on the road to health!

Tests and Diagnosis

Our Orlando Neuropathy Doctors Will Diagnose Your Neuropathic Pain

To diagnose neuropathic pain in Orlando, our doctors will conduct an interview to see if you are a candidate for our program. If you are, we will do a physical exam. The doctor may also request both blood and nerve tests.  At Roach Family Wellness Integrative Medicine, we offer x-rays, blood tests, and EMG/NCV testing to diagnose our patients from our office in Altamonte Springs.

Nerve conduction studies, along with needle electromyography, measure nerve and muscle function and may be indicated when there is pain in the limbs, weakness in the spine, or concern about some other neurologic injury or disorder.  Nerve conduction studies are used mainly for evaluation of paresthesias (numbness, tingling, burning) and/or weakness of the arms and legs. The type of study required is dependent in part on the symptoms present. A physical exam and thorough history also help to direct the investigation. Some of the common disorders that can be diagnosed by nerve conduction studies are:

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
  • Guillain-Barré syndrome
  • Guyon’s canal syndrome
  • Peripheral neuropathy
  • Peroneal neuropathy
  • Spinal disc herniation
  • Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Ulnar neuropathy
